Posteriormente el sencillo, «Kangaroo Court», fue lanzado el 1 de mayo de 2012. Actualmente la banda está formada por Ryan Merchant, Sebu Simonian, Manny Quintero, Spencer Ludwig, Nick Merwin y Channing Holmes.
